I was super excited to get Keto Diet and I preordered it and got it the day it came out. I've been following Keto for the past year with moderate success. I follow Dr. Axe on social media and I genuinely thought he would offer deeper insight and help me find other ways to be successful. I tore through the book with excitement. But in the end I was disappointed. I know he is selling his book. Don't need to remind me every other page about Your Keto Diet book. I bought it already. He is offering pointers from healing naturally, but his prescriptions in here are way to expensive for my income.
Dr. Axe is another health blogger that I’ve been following for quite some time. His style of keto, dubbed Clean Keto, seems to be the most sensible I’ve seen yet. I love how he gives options for a basic plan, intermittent fasting plan and a vegan plan. I think there might be a few others as well. His principles are all sound and grounded in fact with lots of testimonials to back up his claims. He gives lots of explanation for not only why you should eat Thai way but also how it works in your body.
If your looking to lose weight this is the way to go, get the book. I was skeptic on the idea of proteins and fats to lose weight. I tried several other diets and failed them. Dr Josh Axe has different eating plans in this book that will suit you. If your vegan he even has a keto vegan eating plan as well. I chose the 30 day plan. All I can say is Wow ! It really works. I lost 11 Lbs in 1 month (30 days). Friends have noticed the difference on my gut and face. Follow the recipes in the book and you can only win. I love the meal plans.
